The Karpiel brand of bicycles is currently owned by Duncon Bikes, a TUP S.A. Group, Creative Venture Capital company. Duncon Bikes also owns the Duncon and Prodigy product lines. Jan Karpiel will continue to design bicycle frames for the Karpiel product lines and will continue, as the legend that he is, to oversee the many aspects and details of manufacturing the famous, handmade Karpiel bicycles.
